To-Dlo!
Back when I had a plain Nokia cellphone, I had this need to keep track of notes and todo lists. What I wanted was simply a service to which I could text message reminders and todo items that would store them for me on the internet. There were a few services that did similar things, but none scratched my particular itch. So, I wrote the service I wanted.

Note: I just got my G1, so I don't know how much more I'll be working on this. Perhaps I'll end up making an Android/iPhone interface.
